We work to ensure you're happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return your product, it must be returned within 15 days, in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition to qualify for a refund. After this date, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.

For hygiene reasons, no changes are made to the household goods category.

You can request an exchange for any other product in our store of the same value as your purchase, or if you choose a higher-priced product, you must pay the difference. You can also request a store voucher to use later.

If you received a broken, damaged, or defective product, please notify us at web@toscanahomedecor.com, attaching photos, so we can replace your product.

We will be happy to provide an invoice for your purchases.

You must send your billing information: RFC (Tax Identification Number), company name, full name, address including postal code and municipality, telephone number, and email address to our contact email: web@toscanahomedecor.com

Please submit your information on the day of purchase to generate the corresponding invoice. All prices include 16% value-added tax (VAT).

We'd love to! But we don't currently. We only deliver within Mexico.

If you're in Mexico City, your order should arrive between 5 and 7 business days. Within Mexico, it should arrive between 7 and 14 business days.

As soon as you make your purchase, you'll receive an email from TOSCANA HOME&DECOR with a tracking code so you can monitor your shipment.

We work with Estafeta and 99 minutes.
